I have far too many hobbies. I admit it freely. I also love taking classes. That’s how many of my hobbies become hobbies. My main hobbies right now are knitting, running, weight training, and yoga.
I learned to knit a couple years ago at Loop Yarn Shop in Milwaukee. I fell in love with it instantly and haven’t stopped knitting since. Right now I’m working on this:

One of a series of circa-1970s elementary school reading textbooks with trippy titles and cover art. Other titles included “Mysterious Wisteria,” “Sun Tree,” “Blue Dilly, Dilly,” “Curbstone Dragons” and “Green Feet.” The cover art for “Air Pudding and Wind Sauce” was particularly fantastic. I could stare at it for days.
And I thought it was an appropriate title for a blog.
